Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs in technology domains and providing tailored solutions.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present staffing solutions to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our services.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven track record of 4 -10 years in sales, preferably in staffing or recruitment services.

  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry, with experience in both local and international markets.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently and drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
