Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our staff augmentation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a proven track record in the staffing industry, particularly within the USA, Middle East and Indian markets. This role involves developing strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth for our staff augmentation services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the staff augmentation industry within the India, Middle East, and USA.

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.

2. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and online platforms.

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients in the USA, Middle East and Indian markets.

  • Convert leads into business opportunities and establish long-term client relationships.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions that meet their requirements.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and excellent service delivery.

4. Proposal Development and Negotiation:

  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure new business deals.

5. Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure the successful fulfillment of client staffing needs.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote staff augmentation services.

6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales targets, client acquisition, and market penetration.

  • Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.

7. Networking and Industry Participation:

  • Represent EverExpanse at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote staff augmentation services.

  • Build a network of industry contacts to facilitate business development opportunities.

8. Training and Development:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the staffing industry.

  • Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the staffing industry.

  • Strong understanding of the staff augmentation market in the US, Middle East and India.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
