Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Define clear project goals that align with EverExpanse’s business objectives.
Track project progress and ensure that deadlines, budgets, risks, and quality standards are met.
Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring all documentation is properly maintained.
Create and maintain effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Manage project changes effectively, ensuring they remain within scope and support project objectives.
Offshore Coordination:
Align offshore teams with project goals, deliverables, and deadlines.
Maintain clear and regular communication between onshore and offshore teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor offshore team performance, provide constructive feedback, and address any issues promptly.
Optimize resource allocation for offshore teams to ensure efficient use of time and talent.
Ensure offshore teams adhere to project standards, compliance, and quality benchmarks.
Navigate cultural and time-zone differences to maintain productivity and communication.
Develop and implement strategies to seamlessly integrate offshore teams into the overall project workflow.
Customer & Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and ensure project goals are aligned with their expectations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving concerns.
Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and milestones.
Negotiate project timelines, budgets, and resources to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Incorporate stakeholder feedback to make necessary adjustments and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain open and transparent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present detailed project reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
Project Execution:
Lead the execution of project phases, ensuring objectives and deliverables are consistently met.
Monitor the impact of project activities to ensure alignment with business strategies and goals.
Ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
Manage project costs to keep them within budget while achieving key objectives.
Evaluate the performance of project teams, offering guidance and feedback to improve outcomes.
Quickly identify and resolve project issues to minimize disruptions and keep timelines on track.
Promote continuous improvement by reviewing project outcomes and applying lessons learned to future projects.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT Program Management with a focus on payment technology and solutions.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Experience in managing offshore teams and overcoming related challenges.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain positive relationships.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Experience with budget management and financial oversight in large-scale projects.
