Job Description

• We are looking for an enthusiastic, entry-level Payment Business Analyst with a passion for payments and an interest in UI/UX design.

• The successful candidate will learn and grow with our team, gaining experience in payment aggregation platforms and working with clients to redesign the platform’s user interface and user experience.

• This position is ideal for candidates who have recently graduated or are looking to start their careers in business analysis or the payment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn about the existing payment aggregation platform and assist in analyzing its functionality.

• Participate in client discussions to gather information and feedback on UI/UX redesign needs.

• Support the team in translating business requirements into functional specifications and assist in documenting these requirements.

• Assist in conducting gap analysis between the current system and proposed UI/UX changes.

• Collaborate with designers to help develop user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, with guidance from senior team members.

• Help facilitate client meetings and contribute to workshops on UI/UX improvements.

• Work closely with developers and designers to ensure the smooth implementation of redesigns.

• Participate in team discussions to improve user satisfaction, ease of use, and accessibility across the payment solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Design, or a related field (or equivalent coursework/experience).

• Strong interest in payment systems, UI/UX, and business analysis.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with basic project management tools and design software (a plus but not required).

• Any internship or project experience in business analysis, payments, or UI/UX is a plus, but not mandatory.
