Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Power Automate Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end workflow automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and deliver scalable, secure, and innovative automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop complex automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI.

• Lead the creation and execution of automation strategies to streamline business operations.

• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party APIs.

• Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks across the enterprise.

• Ensure adherence to security, governance, and best practices for Power Platform implementations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Automate flows.

• Stay current with new capabilities and trends in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience migrating workflows from UiPath to Power Automate.

• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI.

• Strong experience in workflow automation and business process improvement.

• Integration experience with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and third-party APIs.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, AI Builder, and Power Automate Desktop (for RPA scenarios).

• Excellent understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and Webhooks.

• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security, governance, and compliance policies.

• Hands-on scripting experience with PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python (nice to have).

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or equivalent certifications.

• Exposure to AI/ML models within Power Platform.

• Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for automation projects.
