Job Description
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales / Business Development Manager / Executive to join the team.
Responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence in the USA, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Canada, Europe, and the UK.
Requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Knowledge of Payment Solutions:
Develop a deep understanding of EverExpanse's payment device software, EMV Kernels - Contact and Contactless and certification (L1, L2, and L3) offerings, Payment Gateway Integration and Development, QR Payment Processing, and ATM Application Development.
Effectively communicate the technical and business benefits of EverExpanse's solutions, including payment gateway integration, QR payment processing, and ATM application development, to clients in the retail payments industry.
2. Industry Networking:
Represent EverExpanse at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its offerings.
Build a network of industry contacts to facilitate business development opportunities.
3. Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets across our key markets.
Identify new market opportunities and devise strategies to penetrate them.
4. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients.
5. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the USA, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Canada, Europe, and the UK.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
6. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of EverExpanse’s payment solutions and EMV certification services.
7. Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients.
Close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
8. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the specified regions.
Use this information to refine sales strategies and approaches.
9. Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure client feedback is incorporated into future product enhancements.
10. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
11. Training and Development:
Stay updated with the latest industry developments and best practices.
Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
12. Compliance and Ethics:
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance with industry regulations.
Ensure all sales activities are conducted in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role within the payment solutions industry.
Strong understanding of payment ecosystem, payment device software and payment gateways.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
