Sr. System Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking Sr System Administrator who can take ownership of the data center service's service level agreements between stakeholders and the customer which detail the parameters of the data center services to be provided. Involved in and manages daily incidents, problems, and change management for service as per defined SLAs. Ensures root cause analysis and permanent fix for problems.


  • Designing and implementing complex systems architecture.

  • Overseeing the integration of new technologies into existing systems.

  • Leading and mentoring junior engineers in system design and implementation.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical issues.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements.

  • Ensuring system security and compliance with industry standards.

  • Planning and executing system upgrades and migrations.

  • Optimizing system performance and scalability.

  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

  • Serving as a subject matter expert in system engineering best practices and technologies.

Must have Technical Skills:

  • VMware, Windows, Linux Administration, Automation and Scripting. IT Operations and Maintenance support.

  • Working Experience on VMware Virtualization vSphere/ESXi/ESX/Virtual Center

  • Experience in Managing Virtualized Environment using VMWare.

  • Windows, UNIX, Linux administration (administers user & groups, give permissions, write utility scripts, install packages).

  • Working experience on Core Infra AD, GPO, DHCP and DNS.

  • Create and maintain documentation while performing day to day function.

  • Configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure.

  • Configure and maintain network switches, routers.

  • Design / maintain / upgrade network systems and infrastructure in all offices and data centers.

  • Leadership Skills such as People management, reporting, presentation and communicating to clients.
